As former Group CEO of Lufthansa’s global customer service network, I was responsible for 1,800 employees across eight international locations. In this role, I led large operational organisations while strengthening leadership alignment, accountability, and performance culture.

Today, I support leadership teams and organisations that want to strengthen organisational clarity, leadership responsibility and sustainable performance under real operational conditions.
