Only those who lead themselves can confidently lead change. During my studies and my work in management consulting in the field of change management, I was fascinated by transformation. However, I quickly realized that the focus was almost always on external processes and structures. This raised a key question for me: What do people really need in order to embrace change and live sustainably? I found that the key must lie within. This drive led me deep into the world of nervous system regulation and systemic coaching—from working with mindfulness and physical anchors to mental strategies. Today, I combine my strategic understanding of change management with this holistic expertise. I help top performers break their unconscious stress patterns. I anchor the self-management skills necessary to remain confident and productive. This enables executives to not only find the right strategy, but also the inner strength to move from reactive pressure to conscious action.
